We have an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital. Come and notice the difference working with Pediatrix!
About the Role

Opportunity to Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:
- Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
- Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14.
- Responsibilities include assessing critically ill neonates, attending high-risk deliveries and seeing well-newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist.
- Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support
- Services include HFOV and jet ventilators
Work-Life Balance Focused
- 12-hour in-house shifts – averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.
Collegial, Private Practice Environment
- Join a tenured staff of 6 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification with specialized ceritifcation as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Minimum of a master’s degree
