Ob Hospitalist Group is actively seeking OB/GYN physicians to join our hospitalist programs throughout Georgia. At OBHG, you can focus on delivering high-quality care in the hospital while maintaining the time and flexibility to enjoy life outside of work.

Hospitals and Locations

​

Albany - Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital – Site Director needed!

• Phobe Putney is equipped with a Level III NICU and Neonatologists are available 24 hours a day at the main campus along with onsite MFM support. They see approximately 1,800 annual deliveries.

​

Valdosta - South Georgia Medical Center

• SGMC is equipped with a level II NICU along with a robust care team that includes 24-hour OB coverage, 24-hour anesthesiology coverage, 24-hour neonatology coverage, lactation consultants, and a nursing team. SGMC also has an onsite OB Emergency Department, Level IIB NICU and uses wireless monitoring for mom and baby. They see approximately 1,880 annual deliveries.

Savannah - St. Joseph's/Candler

• St. Joseph’s / Candler Hospital has a Level II NICU along with in house obstetrical anesthesiologists and MFM support. They see approximately 2,800 annual deliveries.

LaGrange - Well Star West Georgia Medical Center – Site Director needed!

• Well Star is a 276-bed facility equipped with a level II NICU and MFM support. They see approximately 900 annual deliveries. It has been named one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals

Calhoun - AdventHealth Gordon

• AdventHealth is a low volume hospital equipped with a level I NICU and MFM support provided through Telehealth. They see approximately 600 annual deliveries.

​

Macon - Piedmont Macon Medical Center

• The birthing center at Piedmont Macon Medical Center is a full-service maternity unit with a highly skilled staff that has welcomed thousands of babies to Middle Georgia families. The facility is equipped with a level III NICU, Telehealth MFM support and sees approximately 1,200 annual deliveries.

Covington - Piedmont Newton Hospital – Site Director needed!!

• Piedmont Newton Hospital is proud to support the Georgia 5-Star Baby-Friendly Initiative. The hospital is equipped with a level III NICU, MFM support and certified lactation consultants. They see approximately 1,800 annual deliveries.

Newnan - Piedmont Newnan Hospital

• Piedmont Newnan Hospital is proud to have state-of-the-art maternity services including private labor and delivery triage rooms, and spacious labor and delivery & postpartum rooms. The hospital is equipped with a level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatologist coverage and MFM support. They see approximately 1600 annual deliveries.
