  • Optimize Patient Throughput: Effectively manage patient flow in the MSSU, enhancing throughput, reducing unnecessary admissions, and enabling timely discharges.
  • Drive Improved Health Outcomes: Use your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, short-stay care that preempts more intensive interventions.
  • Refine and Elevate Care Protocols: Within your first six months, you'll lead initiatives to streamline processes, improving both efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Compensation Details

$200-300k

**PAY RANGE:** $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
