Practice Overview

• South Iowa Clinic (Lawrence, KS): Hybrid practice combining scheduled visits and walk-in services; on-site imaging, lab, and pharmacy
• Eudora Clinic (Eudora, KS): Traditional outpatient care from newborns through adults; Rural Health Clinic designation with modern, shared facilities
• Collaborative environment with experienced physicians and independent APPs; opportunities for leadership and mentorship
• Light call — 1 weekday per month + 2 weekends per year, with answering service triage and no in-person call

** Schedule**

• 32 hours/week of patient-facing clinical time

  • Rotating weekend shifts (Saturday 8–4, Sunday 1–5) at South Iowa Clinic only
  • No inpatient rounding — purely outpatient with support for work-life balance

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Competitive base salary
• Incentives include productivity bonuses, $20,000 sign-on bonus, $6,500 annual CME stipend, and loan forgiveness eligibility
