What You'll Do:

As our Lead Clinician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical care. You'll collaborate with Health Center Managers and report to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive primary care (routine, acute, urgent, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative).
• Conducting thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and images.
• Diagnosing conditions and developing treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine.
• Prescribing and administering medications and treatments.
• Educating patients on diagnoses and treatment options.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
• Championing clinical best practices and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in a Primary Care Field.
• 2+ years of primary care practice experience.
• Experience leading teams in a clinic setting.
• Completion of an approved residency program in family practice.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems.

Bonus Points:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be required at some clinics).
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Experience providing care to underserved populations.
• Current PALS and/or ACLS certification.
