Responsibilities
Are you a passionate and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner ready to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, high-acuity environment? Join our dedicated neonatology team in Spokane, Washington, where your expertise will help shape the future of neonatal care across a vast and vital region.
Where You'll Practice
As a valued member of our team, you’ll help provide 24/7 on-site care at two premier medical centers in Downtown Spokane. Pediatric subspecialty services are available, including pediatric surgery, and both hospitals offer maternal-fetal medicine programs.

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center (Level IV NICU)
- 61-bed unit with an average daily census of 45+ infants
- 800+ admissions annually
- Advanced therapies including ECMO, high-frequency and conventional ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Home to an active pediatric cardiothoracic surgery program

MultiCare Deaconess Medical Center (Level III NICU)
- 38-bed unit with a daily census of 16–18 infants
- Comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric subspecialty support

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Base Pay): $114,000 - $144,000 per year based on years of experience as licensed NNP.
Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential.
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:
