Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital system with 500 beds
• Collaborative anesthesia care team (4:1 CRNA:MD supervision)
• Primary location in Edgewood, occasional float to nearby sites
• Supportive credentialing — can start process while licensing

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts (7:30a–3:30p or 8a–4p) or 10-hour shifts (7:30a–5:30p or 8a–6p)
• Work 3, 4, or 5 days per week — your choice
• Start date after 6–8 week credentialing period

Cases and Procedures

• General, ortho, endo, ENT, gen surg, GYN, EP
• No OB, no peds, no hearts
• Complex neuro, peds, thoracic are optional

Requirements

• 2+ years of CRNA experience
• Active Kentucky license required (Indiana license preferred)
• EPIC experience preferred

Travel Accommodations

• Flights and rental car covered
• Mileage reimbursement available
