Golden Valley Health Centers (GVHC) is seeking a Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, high‑quality primary care for patients of all ages, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Physicians deliver patient‑centered care in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment serving Central Valley communities.

Clinical Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions; deliver preventive care including screenings and immunizations; perform comprehensive history and physical exams; provide gynecologic care; assess and stabilize emergent conditions per policy; and perform office‑based procedures such as minor surgeries, biopsies, suturing, incision and drainage, and fracture management. Physicians also supervise Advanced Practice Providers, participate in quality improvement, peer review, and attend medical staff meetings.

Location & Schedule: Position based at the West Turlock Clinic. Flexible scheduling available: five (5) 8‑hour days or four (4) 10‑hour days. Additional shifts may be available.

​

Compensation & Incentives: $240,000 – $297,000 annual salary, plus sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, productivity incentive plan, and optional extra shifts.

​

Benefits & Loan Repayment: GVHC is an FQHC and National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment eligible (HPSA score 18). Visa sponsorship available. Qualifications: • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Completion of accredited Family Medicine residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified (certification required within 3 years) • Active California Medical License • DEA and BLS/CPR certification • New graduates welcome
