Dermatologist | UConn Health | Full Service Department | Sign-on/Relocation

UConn Health is seeking a Dermatologist to join UConn Medical Group, the faculty practice plan of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dermatologic care within a fully integrated, academically rich dermatology department.

Position Overview You will provide outpatient general dermatology care to a diverse patient population while working alongside a collegial team of dermatology specialists. As a faculty member, you will participate in teaching and precepting dermatology residents, fellows, and medical students, contributing to the next generation of physicians in a supportive academic environment.

Our department is a full-service dermatology program, offering access to:

• A dedicated laser suite
• Mohs micrographic surgery
• Dermatopathology
• Pediatric dermatology
• Phototherapy services

This comprehensive infrastructure allows for seamless collaboration, high-quality patient care, and flexibility in building a practice aligned with your clinical interests. Opportunities may also exist to participate in clinical trials or other research initiatives, depending on your interests. Additional faculty activities may include lectures, committee involvement, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology)
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
