Qualified candidates:

• Board certified or eligible in Family/Internal Medicine
• Physician who wishes to sustain and continue to grow a primary care panel
• Ability to work as a team member
• Commitment to quality, patient safety and overall excellence in evidence based clinical care

• Monday-Friday- No weekends.
• Join an established group of 5 MDs and 3 APPs
• Outpatient only
