This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8a-5p and Wednesday 10a7p
* Patients per day: 18-21
* Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
* Scope: Outpatient
* State Licensure: Connecticut
