Position Overview

The Department of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson, in collaboration with Banner - University Medicine Tucson, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our esteemed clinical faculty.

This position offers the opportunity to practice general neurology or develop a focused subspecialty practice, based on training and interests. Areas of particular interest include General, Movement Disorders, Headache, Pediatric Neurology, Behavioral, and Neuromuscular.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive neurological care to a diverse patient population while engaging in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows. Opportunities for clinical research and scholarly activity are also available within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

  • Data management and statistical support resources

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree (or equivalent)
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology
  • Eligibility for an Arizona medical license
  • Interest in academic teaching and/or clinical research
