• Low volume: ~500 deliveries annually
• Reliable block schedule: 5 days/month
• Full-scope responsibilities: OB & GYN, with a mix of clinic and on-call coverage
• Mon–Fri: Clinic + on-call
• Sat & Sun: On-call only
• Family Birth Center
