The University of California, Irvine, Department of Pediatrics is seeking board certified or eligible developmental-behavioral pediatricians to join us at The Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CAND), with expertise in caring for children with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.

We are seeking qualified individuals with a strong commitment to patient care, education, research, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clinical services and quality management, scholarly work, teaching/training, community outreach and be encouraged to participate in clinical research.
Since its opening in 2001, CAND has been a leader in medical assessment, diagnosis, care coordination, family support and education for children with autism and other developmental disorders focusing on children birth through age 5 years. With a recent increase in funding, and a collaborative effort of UC Irvine, CHOC Children’s and Chapman University, The Center has expanded to offer a multidisciplinary team of specialists for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment serving children, adolescents, and young adults from birth to age 22 years.
Basic qualifications
- Candidate must possess M.D. or D.O. or M.D./Ph.D. and/or equivalent degree.
- BE/BC in Pediatrics
- BE/BC in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
- Candidate must be eligible for California licensure or licensed to practice in the state of California

Compensation Details
$193K–$282K
