• Practice at Winter Haven Women’s Hospital, a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• Busy 11‑bed Level II NICU
• 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6
• Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually
• Work in a 2‑physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa
• Attend all C‑sections and deliveries <34 weeks
• Flexible schedule with potential for every other week off
• Home call during service weeks for excellent work–life balance
