Join an established Gynecologic Oncology team where you’ll step into a high-volume practice supported by strong infrastructure and a manageable call schedule. Practice Overview

• You’ll join a team of 4 Gynecologic Oncologists in a collaborative, high-volume setting
• Balanced case mix with ~60% oncology and 40% general gynecology
• Access to 3 da Vinci Xi robots with dedicated OR teams for efficient surgical workflow
• Full support including NPs/PAs, first assists, residents, and multidisciplinary tumor boards

Schedule

• Monday through Friday with a predictable weekly structure
• Typically 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 dedicated OR days
• 1:4 call rotation at a single hospital with 24/7 critical care support
• Structured environment with strong referral base and consistent case volume

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with productivity and quality incentives
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
• Open to both new fellows and experienced physicians
• Interest in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Comfortable with robotic surgery or willingness to utilize robotic platform
