We connect experienced, credentialed NPs with physicians seeking flexible, well-compensated collaboration roles.

Role Overview

This is not a second full-time job. Responsibilities typically include: • Periodic chart review (often 10–15%) • Availability for consultation (not 24/7 coverage) • Maintaining state-required collaborative agreements • Limited co-signature requirements where mandated

Time commitment is predictable and manageable alongside an active practice or retirement.

Compensation

Most agreements range from $300 to $400 per NP per month, depending on state requirements, scope, and NP experience level.

Compensation may vary, with: • Newer NPs typically on the lower end of the range • More experienced NPs toward the higher end

Many states allow collaboration with multiple NPs, creating scalable supplemental income.

Ideal Candidates

MD/DO, board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care, with an unrestricted U.S. license. Active or semi-retired physicians welcome.
