Pediatric Urgent Care Regional Clinical Manager

The Regional Clinical Manager (APP) is a key clinical leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director. This position is responsible for ensuring providers are well-oriented to PM Pediatric Care's culture, values, clinical standards, and operational processes.
This position will be required to work out of our Nanuet, Riverdale, and Hopewell Junction locations and maintain 26–32 clinical hours per week based on regional needs and supervisor direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding, training, and orientation efforts for new providers
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development support to providers
- Reinforce clinical best practices and PM Pediatric Care standards
- Assist with provider scheduling to align training needs, patient volume, and seasonal demand
- Identify and support low-performing providers through targeted education and development plans
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to address quality and patient safety concerns
- Promote provider engagement, retention, and professional growth
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource and role model across the region
- Support continuous quality improvement and process improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- Current or eligible licensure in New York State
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
- Meet credentialing and privileging requirements
- Experience in provider training, education, quality improvement, or process improvement initiatives
- Pediatric clinical experience required
