Practice Details
- Outpatient primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic setting
- Lower patient volume is designed to allow meaningful visits
- Dedicated medical assistant support and access to in-house specialties, including Pediatrics, Hepatology, and Radiology
- Team-oriented environment with experienced colleagues
Schedule
- Flexible 3 to 5-day workweek
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No pressure to increase volume or meet production targets
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with no production requirements
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Malpractice coverage, CME support, and paid time off
- Student loan repayment options and mileage reimbursement for commuting
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- California medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Interest in outpatient primary care within a supportive practice model
