Practice Details

• Outpatient primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic setting
• Lower patient volume is designed to allow meaningful visits
• Dedicated medical assistant support and access to in-house specialties, including Pediatrics, Hepatology, and Radiology
• Team-oriented environment with experienced colleagues

Schedule

• Flexible 3 to 5-day workweek
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• No pressure to increase volume or meet production targets

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary with no production requirements
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Malpractice coverage, CME support, and paid time off
• Student loan repayment options and mileage reimbursement for commuting

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• California medical license or the ability to obtain one
• Interest in outpatient primary care within a supportive practice model
