Hudson Regional Health is seeking a fellowship-trained MSK Radiologist to join the largest and fastest-growing hospital network in Hudson County — a four-campus system minutes from Manhattan, building its in-house radiology program from the ground up.

• Ground Floor Build: HRH is constructing its radiology department from scratch across a four-hospital network. You'll have a direct line to leadership, meaningful input into how the department is built, and the satisfaction of building something with lasting impact. This is a genuinely rare opportunity.
• MSK-Weighted Volume, Full Modality Coverage: HRH's Institute for Robotic Surgery drives substantial volume. MSK reads are your core workload; general coverage across all modalities is expected.
• Technology Worth Talking About: The 1.2T High Field Open MRI (one of the only systems in the NY Metro area), ExcelsiusGPS (first in the Tri-State), Mazor Robotics (Hudson County exclusive), da Vinci Xi, Stryker Mako, Stealth Navigation, and AI-enhanced diagnostics.

What You'll Bring

• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Strong MSK MRI and X-ray interpretation across orthopaedic, spine, and sports medicine presentations
• Comfortable reading across all modalities; general coverage is expected alongside subspecialty focus
• Procedural competency in fluoroscopy; MSK injection experience preferred
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Interest in building something (this department is in its early innings and the physicians joining now will shape it!)
