• Position: Long Term 1099 Direct Contract or Permanent W2 Options: OB/GYN

• Facility: 2 locations - outpatient clinic and hospital 
• Support Staff: 3 - 4 additional OB/GYN physicians (Docs only) at clinic. Full hospital support while at the hospital.
• Procedures: OB/GYN generalist skills, bring your skillset
• Number of Labor Beds: 26
• Monthly Delivery Count: 35
• Antepartum Service: Yes
• Monthly ER Consult Count: Very few
• Monthly GYN floor consult count: Very few
• OB Level/NICU Level: Level 2.5 
• Board Certification: Not required, but higher compensation if certified
• EMR: NextGen, Cerner
• Clinic: Approx. 8-10 patients per ½ day of clinic
• Schedule: 2 offices, physician has 8 half days, no evenings or weekends
