Schneck Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Physician to join their established traditional family medicine practice. The new physician will join seven board certified family physicians, two physician assistants, and five nurse practitioners.

OUTPATIENT PRACTICE:

• Health system employed or private practice opportunities
• Outpatient Only (Med/Peds Hospitalist program covers inpatients)
• 4 day work weeks available
• Clinic located in Salem, IN

PROCEDURE OPPORTUNITIES:

Scopes, stress tests, minor skin surgeries, simple fracture repair, vasectomy, cryotherapy ,and much more.

$90,000 sign-on bonus, income guarantee (no drop!), plus incentive compensation opportunities, along with $20,000 residency stipend

• 224 PTO hours per year + 24 CME PTO hours per year
