1. Location: Northern AZ (about 2 hrs from Phoenix)
2. Shifts: night shift 18:00-6:00,
3. All adult, 10-15 patients per day
4. Level 1 trauma
5. Sept forward, 12 hr shifts,will be an ongoing opportunity.
6. Will have future availability
7. Must have AZ license and DEA with 2yrs experience
8. Acute care APP, ATLS required
