Full-Time or Part-Time Pediatrician Position in Greater Wilkes-Barre, PA🚨

OVERVIEW: There is a new opportunity for two new pediatricians to join an established pediatric practice in the greater Wilkes-Barre area near Scranton. Enjoy productivity bonuses up to $60k and work-life balance with easy access to Philadelphia (2 hours) and New York City (2.5 hours) for weekend travel. Great opportunity for pediatricians who want work-life balance, incentives, and no hospital duties. Full-time schedule includes a 4-day work week and part-time schedules are negotiable.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE: This well-established pediatric practice is fully outpatient and staffed exclusively by pediatricians. The new pediatrician can enjoy a collaborative setting with predictable workflows, work-life balance, and competitive pay including productivity bonuses.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Full-time: 4-day work week (32 hours)
• Part-time schedule is discussable
• 100% outpatient with no hospital duties (no rounding, C/D attendance, or inpatient call)
• Only 1:5 weekends (calls filtered by nurse triage)
• Full-time salary (negotiable upon experience & hours): $190,000 - $220,000 + productivity bonuses up to $60,000!
• Average daily patient volume: 20-26

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board certified/eligible
• Have/will complete pediatric residency
• Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in Pennsylvania
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Open to all levels of experience: 2027 grads to experienced pediatricians
