Practice Environment:

• Employed position opportunity

• Strong payor mix: approximately 60% Medicare and 40% Commercial.
• Comprehensive Ophthalmology with a preference for cataract surgery focus.

Your Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM – enjoy your nights and weekends!
• Flexible accommodations for a 4.5-day workweek may be available.
• Dedicated surgery day, all performed conveniently in the same building.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary ranging from $400,000 to $475,000, complemented by 30% collections sharing for high earning potential.
