Requirements Henry Ford Women's Health Center is looking for a Physician OB/GYN to fill their need! Details: Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialing is complete. Schedule: In clinic 8a-5p in hospital call coverage 24 hour shift
Practice Setting: Clinic Call and Hospital.Reason for Coverage: Difficulty filling open positions community OB/GYN retiring out of call group. Number of Physicians in Practice: 2Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes-2 providers and then share call with the Center for Family Health
How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2.5 FTE in the clinic
Number of Exam Rooms: 10Onsite Lab amp Utrasound: YESSupport Staff: RNs for intake MAs CSR front desk support.Documentation System/EMR: EPICTrauma Level 2Required Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy i.e. History of Twins Toxemia Pyelonephritis etc.High Risk Pregnancy i.e. with Toxemia Diabetes Class II or Higher Cardiacs Chronic Lung Problems Chronic Renal Disease etc.Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine Delivery –Vaginal Low Forceps Decision-Making for C-Section
Complicated Delivery –C-Section Breech Multiple Births Abruptions etc.VBAC’s
Repair of 3rd amp 4th Degree Lacerations
Gynecology Required Procedures: Office/Minor Gynecology –IUD Cystoscopy Colposcopy Cryosurgery LEEP etc.Surgical Gynecology – Open
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days- temps are being requested- not ag Henry Ford does not reimburse for background checks Locum to Perm Reduction in Conversion Fees:MD/DO:160-319 hours = 2500 reduction320-639 hours = 5000 reduction640hours = 7000 reduction
Regardless of number of hours a MD/DO has worked reduction will not exceed 7500Gratis Requirements Call back hours:8-12 hour shift 2 hours gratis included24 hour shift 4 hours gratis included
