Practice Overview
- You’ll join an established team of Physicians and nurse practitioners
- Nurse practitioner team includes 1 taking first call and 2 supporting clinic operations
- Surgical support includes 2 da Vinci robots and subspecialty case mix if desired
- General urology is the priority; 20+ OR cases per week are typical
Schedule
- Standard setup: 2 days clinic / 3 days OR, with flexible options such as block schedules or increased surgical volume
- 1 week of call per month
- Post-call days are off to support work-life balance
- Clinic volume averages 15+ patients/day with full support staff and scribe access
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $625,000+ with competitive sign-on bonus
- Lucrative RVU production bonuses
- Relocation support up to $15,000, plus $7,000 annual CME allowance
- 27 days of PTO, full benefits, malpractice with tail, on-site childcare and gym access
- Student loan forgiveness
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Open to residents, fellows, and experienced urologists
- General urology required; subspecialty interests welcomed
- Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B candidates
