OBGYN needed in New York - Locums coverage

Location: Near Brooklyn, NY

Specialty Needed: OB laborist + OB generalist (clinic + call)

Scope of Coverage Needed: 12 and 24 hour in house call shifts

Shift Times:  Mix of 12, 16 and 24 hr shifts for call, and 8 hr clinic days

Specific Dates of Need:

TBD, no dates given until docs are in privs

*up to FTE coverage, will take part time

Required Procedures/Cases Details: 

Full scope OB and GYN cases

1200-1400 deliveries/year

Will they need to perform OB & GYN cases? YES

C-sections & GYN surgeries? YES

MFM In house, do have CNM's working here as well

**do have residents/teaching hospital

Required Certifications:

BE or BC

NY license and DEA

Do need BLS

Hospital/Practice Information: 

EMR System: EPIC

619 beds, level I trauma center

NICU level III, 30 L&D beds, 7 postpartum rooms

Support Staff (Perm Docs, NPs, PAs, CNMs, Anesthesia): full L&D floor, No  CNMS taking call, Anes and gen surg in house, MFM in house
