    Compensation Details

    $360-400k

    The Navy pays several specialty bonus to their physicians. The sign on for general surgeons this year is up to $700,000 for a four-year initial agreement. The Navy also offers a three-year agreement with a reduced sign on option. Several of the locations are in low-cost of living areas while some (San Diego; Washington DC) are in higher cost of living areas.
