    We have a unique opportunity to offer for a qualified provider to become part of a dynamic team of top oncologists at an outstanding large multidisciplinary outpatient medical group. We care for patients with a wide variety of both solid tumor and hematologic malignancies. Our team provides high-quality care to our patients primarily in our outpatient offices and infusion centers and some consultative services to patients admitted to our local hospitals.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Supervising and evaluating patients receiving infusions in our infusion centers
    • Visits with new patients to educate them on treatment side effects and schedules
    • Providing survivorship visits to furnish patients with treatment summaries and educate them on their follow up recommendations after completion of treatment
    • Follow up office visits with patients on observation or receiving oral therapy
    • Same day visits with patients who call with new complaints during treatment
    • Once clinical trial training is completed, you can see clinical trial patients for their treatment and visits

    Position Highlights:

    • In person or virtual visit options available depending on patient needs
    • NO overnight or weekend call/hours required
    • Patient visit hours in general will be from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM but are flexible

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in nursing with advanced skills in physical assessment OR Possession of a Bachelor’s degree, together with a certificate from completing an American Medical Association approved physician assistant program. Licensed to practice in NYS
    • Licensing: Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license to practice and use the title of Advanced Practice Nurse in NYS or PA
    • Possession of state and federal Controlled Substance Registration
    • Training and experience: Unless otherwise indicated, one year of current experience within the last three years in a comparable job classification required

    New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $109,513.00 to $147,146.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
