• Patient Volume: Average daily census: 9; Annual volume: 3,194
• Coverage Model: 24 hours Physician tele-coverage Day shift (7a-7p); Night shift (7p-7a)
• 12 hours NP/PA coverage onsite (7a-7p)
• Number of Beds: 25 inpatient beds, 8 ED beds – critical access hospital
• EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

• Education: FNP, AGACNP, or ACNP degree
• Licensure: West Virginia License and DEA
• Experience: 2 years of hospital medicine experience
• Skills & Procedures: ACLS and BLS required

About War Memorial Hospital: A non-profit healthcare facility, War Memorial Hospital opened its doors in 2012 and has 25 inpatient beds, 16 long-term care beds, and an eight-bed Emergency Department. War Memorial Hospital is a licensed Critical Access Hospital, innovating the way we provide health care to our community. Our 87,000 square-foot facility boasts upgraded technologies throughout.
