Family Medicine | $310,000 Base Salary | $30,000 Sign-On | Texas

A West Texas critical access hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit community. Located in the heart of the Permian Basin, this community is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.

Opportunity:
- BE/BC is NOT required.
- 4.5-day workweek, at-home call, and limited back-up call. No fear of burnout here!
- Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census.
- Mentor Family Medicine residents from a local medical school (optional)

Compensation:
- NHSC Site, $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment
- $375,000 + proven income potential, $700K retirement through Texas County Retirement District Plan
- Guarantee salary, wRVU incentive bonus, and generous recruitment package, including sign-on and relocation.
