Regional Clinical Manager (NP/PA)

Lead, mentor, and develop providers while maintaining 26–30 clinical hours per week. This hybrid clinical leadership role partners with operations to support provider onboarding, education, quality, scheduling, recruitment, and retention across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train new and existing providers
• Support provider onboarding and clinical education
• Conduct chart reviews and performance coaching
• Promote quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
• Assist with provider scheduling and shift coverage
• Interview candidates and support hiring decisions
• Travel regularly to regional practice locations

Qualifications:

• NP or PA with pediatric clinical experience required; Pediatric ED, PICU, or Urgent Care preferred
• Experience with minor procedures, including suturing
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Active state NP/PA license and board certification

Performance bonus eligible based on company, regional, and individual performance metrics.
