** Practice Setting**

• Work across two hospital campuses in Des Moines
• 28 total ORs, including surgical centers
• Inpatient-only environment
• Part of a Level II Trauma Center

** Schedule**

• Choose from 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts

  • Commit to as little as 1 week per month
  • Call varies by week—weekend call may be required
  • Mix of solo and occasional CRNA supervision

• Ongoing need with ASAP start

** Procedures and Cases**

• Handle a broad range of cases including general, ortho, urology, robotics, cardiac, and peds
• Must be confident with regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia
• TEE certification required for cardiac work (not required to do Cardiac cases for this assignment)
• Peds fellowship required for pediatric cases (not required to do Pediatrics for this assignment)
• OB anesthesia may be needed depending on the site

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Iowa license required
• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications
