    POSITION SUMMARY: As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will operate independently or as part of a small team to deliver high-quality mental health care services. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing comprehensive and patient-centered care that emphasizes mental health and wellness.

    Competitive Compensation – Fair and transparent pay structure that reflects your skills and contributions. Our medical providers make an average of $165,000 on our base plus RVU (Relative Value Unit) model.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing. High school diploma required.
    • Experience: Experience working in substance use is preferred but not required.
    • Licensure: Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or PMHNP-BC).
    • Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, State Regulations, and Federal Regulatory Standards. Complete TB testing, Drug Screening, and Background check upon being hired.

    Compensation Details

    $120-165k

    Fair and transparent pay structure that reflects your skills and contributions, with uncapped earning potential. Our medical providers make an average of $165,000 on our base plus RVU (Relative Value Unit) model.
