OB/GYN Physician, Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Join an established OB/GYN practice in Pine Bluff with experienced physicians, strong APRN support, and a stable patient base.

Position Highlights

• Established Team: Join 3 full time OB/GYN physicians and 1 part time GYN physician
• APRN Support: Supported by 3 APRNs
• Established Practice: Physician tenures range from 15 to 30 years
• OB Volume: Approximately 700 deliveries annually
• Robotic Surgery: Da Vinci robotic surgery available
• Practice Scope: No abortions performed

Schedule & Call

• 1:4 weekend call
• 1 weeknight of call per week

Compensation & Benefits

• $425,000 base salary based on a 9,000 RVU threshold with a $45 RVU payout
• $50,000 sign on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• Student loan repayment and stipend negotiable
• J 1 and H 1B visa sponsorship accepted

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Comfort with full scope OB/GYN care
