Scope of Coverage Needed: Clinic and call

Shift Times:

• M–F: 8a–5p (patient-facing 9a–4p)
• Tuesday: OR-focused with clinic add-ons
• Night call every night + 24h weekend call

Required Procedures/Cases Details:

• OB/GYN
• # of deliveries per month? 15-25
• # of clinic patients per day 8-10
• Will they need to perform OB & GYN cases? Family planning, routine deliveries, vaginal and C-section, full-scope
• C-sections & GYN surgeries? Yes
• Is there MFM on staff? If not, where is high risk sent? TBD

Volumes:

• Clinic: 8–12 patients/day
• Deliveries: 15–25/month

• EMR System: Epic
• Bed Count: TBD
• NICU Level: TBD
• Trauma Level: TBD
• L&D Rooms/Surgery Rooms/Bed Count: 2 L & D beds, 6 postpartum rooms
• Support Staff: Only OB on shift. 1 nurse/1 PSR in clinic; Labor & Delivery staff. 1 CNM. Tenured nursing staff - all have either been nominated for or received a Daisy Award
