Family Medicine Medical Director Opportunity in Philadelphia, PA
Step into a senior leadership role at a well-established outpatient clinic
serving a diverse patient population in West Philadelphia. This is a rare
opportunity for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to balance
clinical care with strategic and administrative leadership. If you're seeking

Practice Overview
- You’ll join a collaborative team of 12 providers, including 9 physicians and 3 behavioral health clinicians
- Outpatient-only setting with no hospital responsibility; focus on community-based primary care
- Full-spectrum services include minor procedures, chronic disease management, and preventive care
- Call is 1:8, phone-only, with light volume and minimal disruptions after hours
Schedule
- 3 clinical days and 2 dedicated administrative days each week
- Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with last patient seen by 4:15 PM
- Option for a 4.5-day workweek; no weekend requirements
- Daily support from 2 MAs and 1 LPN, with additional scribes and dictation tools available
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with additional annual bonuses
- 200 hours of PTO, 40 sick hours, and 10 paid holidays per year

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified in Family Medicine; must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
- Minimum of 3-5 years in-practice experience; new graduates not considered
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card); open to AMGs and IMGs
- Leadership mindset with strong interest in community outreach and clinical operations
