Parkview Health is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join its well-established and respected team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

​

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility and no nights.
• Call: 1:6 rotation, phone-based only.
• Settings: Patient care across Parkview Randallia (including an inpatient hospice unit), Parkview Regional Medical Center, and various Extended Care Facilities.
• Academic Opportunity: Engage in teaching and research with residents, tailored to your personal interests.

Clinical & Team Leadership

• Collaborative Ecosystem: Work alongside a highly respected Palliative Care Team and a dedicated Hospice Medical Director.
• Specialized Partnerships: Collaborate with the Palliative Oncology Team at the Packnett Family Cancer Institute.
• Integrated Support: Benefit from dedicated Hospice Pharmacy, Nurse Practitioners for administrative tasks, and integrated Home Health services.
• Seamless Transitions: Experience a highly connected continuum of care from hospital to hospice to home.
