    Phoenix, the nation’s 5th largest city with 300 days of sunshine per year, is located in Maricopa County - one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States.

    With this growth, we have continued to expand our pediatric practices and are recruiting pediatricians in Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, and San Tan Valley.

    At Phoenix Children's, with more than 40 sites of service across Arizona — and new hospitals soon to open in Gilbert and Glendale — we’re providing comprehensive, top-quality healthcare, from primary and urgent care to highly specialized services for kids who have complex or chronic illnesses. Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Emergency Department at the main campus sees over 90,000 children a year and is the only free-standing, level-one pediatric trauma center in the state. Our non-profit health system provides world-class inpatient, outpatient, trauma, emergency, and urgent care, including offering more than 75 subspecialty fields of pediatric medicine.

    You’ll be responsible for all functions aligned with the mission, vision, and goals of Phoenix Children’s. Physicians are responsible for evaluating and providing evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients within their scope of practice under the Medical Director’s supervision.
