Practice Details

• Outpatient Internal Medicine in a single-clinic setting within a physician-led, collaboratively administered organization
• Dedicated APP support and a strong 1:2 physician-to-MA/LPN ratio at all locations
• Average of 18 to 22 patients per day for full-time physicians
• Telenurse triage handles call coverage, so your time off is protected

Schedule

• Monday through Friday clinic schedule with no inpatient responsibilities
• Full-time 1.0 FTE with flexible day and hour options and prorated schedules available
• Physicians have genuine input into how their schedule is structured

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $304,478 with a Performance Incentive Program for additional earnings
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and $150,000 in student loan forgiveness
• 35 days of combined vacation and CME annually, plus a $4,000 CME allowance
• Six paid holidays, plus the clinic is closed the Friday after Thanksgiving and a half-day on Christmas Eve
