Part-Time/Full-Time Pediatrician Opportunity in Galloway, NJ🚨 OVERVIEW: There is a new opportunity for a part-time or full-time General Pediatrician to join an established pediatric practice just an hour south of Philadelphia. Great opportunity for pediatricians who want incentive bonuses and an optional partnership track.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE: This well-established pediatric private practice is fully outpatient and staffed exclusively by pediatricians and PNPs. The new pediatrician can enjoy a collaborative setting with predictable workflows, built-in incentives, and a loyal patient base.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Permanent, part-time or full-time General Pediatrician role
• 9-5 schedule with 1:4 weekends (by appointment only)
• Flexible 2-3 days/week part-time schedule
• 4 days/week full-time schedule option
• Productivity bonuses with guaranteed salary model
• 100% outpatient, no rounding or inpatient call
• Potential partnership track (optional) with a raise
• No PNP supervision requirements, despite PNPs on staff

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) / Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Will/Have complete Pediatric Residency
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Clean medical license record/no malpractice suits

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Open to all levels: Experienced to 2027 graduating residents
• Physicians will not oversee APRNs; existing PNPs handle care
• Most of the staff live within 15–60 minutes of office (Sicklerville, Philly, Harbor Township, Cherry Hill, Voorhees)
• No visa sponsorship available (J1/H1-B not supported)
