This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday. 7a-6p. 10 hour shifts 4 days per week.
• Patients per day: 15-16
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: Oregon Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
