Retina Surgeon Opportunities | Competitive Compensation

ReFocus Eye Health — a large network of eye care practices across the Northeast. Our organization includes more than 160 physicians across 75 offices and two ambulatory surgery centers, with locations in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. We continue to grow and are seeking Retina Physicians for our offices in Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Boston.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous diseases, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachment.
• Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions utilizing advanced imaging and laser technology.
• Collaborate with optometrists, general ophthalmologists, and referring providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in call coverage as designated by the practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an AUPO-FCC–approved Retina/Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Current state medical license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
