PRN Interventional Radiology Nurse Practitioner

Under general direction, provides patient care, conducts physical exams, completes health history summary, documents patients' progress, assists with patient care management.Job Duties

• Assists with patient care management; provides follow-up care to patients; updates physicians and surgeons on patients' status.
• Keeps informed of inpatients' progress by attending daily rounds; documents progress in medical records charts; interacts with home health agencies.
• Completes patients' comprehensive health history summary and physical examinations; responsible for clinical resumes for discharged patients.
• Assists with pre-operative care for patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
