Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Pediatric Intensivist for per diem coverage at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

** Your Clinical Scope **

  • 8-bed PICU with 2 observation beds
  • Inpatient pediatric floor + ER consults
  • 2024 Census: 485 total admits (392 pediatric, 93 PICU), ADC: 5.1

** Subspecialty Support **

  • Onsite: Pediatric Surgery, GI, ENT, Anesthesia, Radiology
  • Telemedicine: Pediatric Cardiology
  • Active recruitment for Pediatric Neurology

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Pediatric Critical Care with recent experience required
  • SC license is required
