In brief:

1. Monday - Friday, daytime with very rare on-call by phone only. Even better, they are open to some flexible scheduling.
2. Pay scale of $230K plus achievable incentives that can add 30-40% of the salary.
3. Qualifies for loan repayment and can sponsor Visas.
4. Though it’s a mostly clinically focused role, there is protected time for admin.
