Jiva Health, a respected multispecialty medical group, is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our outpatient clinic in Redding, CA. This role offers exposure to primary care, endocrinology, and sleep medicine—ideal for providers seeking a collaborative and well-rounded clinical environment. Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient, in-person position
• Monday–Friday schedule — no nights or weekends
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
• Focus areas include diabetes care, endocrine disorders, and sleep-related conditions
• Team-based care model with supportive physicians and specialists

Compensation & Benefits

• $135,200–$156,000 annual salary
• Productivity-based bonus structure

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California (active & in good standing)
• Experience or interest in primary care, endocrinology, or sleep medicine
• EMR proficiency and strong clinical judgment
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
