Compensation & Benefits:

• $300,000/year guaranteed salary for two years — start with confidence and stability
• Transition into a wRVU team-based compensation model with strong earning potential
• $55,000 sign-on bonus — we're serious about making you part of the team

• 20 days PTO plus 5 dedicated CME days and a $4,000 annual CME allowance
