Shape the Future of Women’s Health | OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director

TidalHealth in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to serve as the Medical Director of the OB/GYN Hospitalist Program. This leadership opportunity offers the ability to shape and grow a dynamic hospital-based women’s health program within a physician-led, multispecialty healthcare system committed to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the OB/GYN Hospitalist service while collaborating closely with employed physicians, community providers, nursing leadership, and hospital administration. This individual will play an integral role in quality improvement initiatives, physician engagement, patient safety efforts, and the continued development of women’s healthcare services across the region.

In addition, this physician leader will serve as a founding clinical partner in the development of an emerging OB/GYN Graduate Medical Education (GME) program focused on resident education and academic growth.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $355,000 – $445,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
• Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
